This hotel has a great location, with easy access to nearby attractions. Many guests praised the friendly and helpful staff. The food served at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, especially the Special thali. Room 206 provided a nice view of the road. The service at the hotel was prompt and efficient. The hotel staff was accommodating in arranging taxis for guests.

The staff took a long time to respond to our requests and it was not uncommon for us to have to call multiple times to get what we needed. the food served was unappetizing and did not meet our expectations.
